How areas are judged
Price, growth and sales are for the homes chosen above; the other figures cover every home. Yields and rents are only published for boroughs, so every area has its borough's, for the type of home where there is one. An area without a figure misses that criterion. Exclusions leave out areas mostly covered: half their land, or a high flood risk.
